Privacy Policy & Client Rights

All sessions and communications are kept strictly confidential in accordance with state and federal law. The following are exceptions to confidentiality:

• Suspected abuse or neglect of a child, elderly person, or vulnerable adult

• Threats of harm to self or others

• Court order or legal subpoena

If any of these situations arise, every effort will be made to inform you before any information is disclosed.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or missed appointments will be charged the full session fee.
